Assorted Nut Nougat

Assorted nuts chopped, milk powder, marshmallow, butter weighed and set aside.

Melt butter over low heat

Pour the marshmallows after all the butter has melted

Stir fry the marshmallows until all melted

Pour in the milk powder and mix well

Pour in chopped assorted nuts and mix well

Put it on the pre-laid plastic wrap. I attached the plastic wrap to the lid of the tin box of biscuits.

Put another layer of plastic wrap on the sugar pie, roll and flatten it with a plastic wrap tube

Let it cool, and the cling film can be easily peeled off before cutting into pieces.

After cutting it, wrap the sugar paper. Now the temperature is low, and the nougat cools quickly, so I didn’t use glutinous rice paper, which is not sticky.
