When the weather is hot, you have no appetite. Let’s have a vegetable whole grains platter.

Ingredients

Assorted Vegetable Grains

1. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them apart

2. Carrots peeled and washed

3. Rinse the yam

4. Put the above ingredients into the pot and steam until use

5. Blanch broccoli and bitter gourd in water

6. Drain the water and set aside

7. Wash the lettuce leaves and drain the water

8. Cut the carrots and rinse the tomatoes

9. Prepare a bowl with lettuce

10. Put all the ingredients into a bowl, then cut some bananas or sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.

Tips:

Note: You can also sprinkle some salad dressing to eat
