Astragalus Hericium and Chicken Soup

Prepare materials.

The Hericium erinaceus is soaked first;

Rinse and squeeze dry water, and then cut into thick slices; this way, the hericium edodes will be more chewy;

The chicken is scalded with boiling water to remove the blood;
