Astragalus Porridge

Prepare astragalus, rice, millet, and pinto beans.

Soak pinto beans and rice in water for about 10 hours.
3.
Soak the astragalus in the water.
4.
Pour water into the pot and add astragalus.
5.
Then add rice, millet, and pinto beans.
6.
Cover and cook for 2 hours.
Tips:
Pick out astragalus when eating.
