Authentic Hong Kong Style Lemon Tea

1. Ceylon black tea powder, choose crushed black tea with lighter astringency as soon as possible.

2. Soak 7g of Ceylon black tea powder in 350ml of boiling water for 5 minutes without stirring. Pour the water down and soak naturally.
