Wash the hairy crabs in clean water without untying the rope.

Place the washed hairy crabs on the steaming tray.

Put the hairy crabs in the middle of the steamer.

Fill the water tank with water.

Turn on the steam function at 100°C and steam for 15 minutes.

Take out the steamed hairy crabs, untie the strings, and put them on a plate.

Cut the ginger into fine pieces.

Mix Zhenjiang vinegar, sugar and ginger into a dip.
