Autumn Health Hawthorn Sauce

.Wash the fresh hawthorn that you bought, cut open and remove the pits

Put the processed hawthorn in the pot, add water and boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and start to boil. During this time, keep stirring to avoid sticking to the pot.
