Autumn Health Soup-white Fungus Chicken Soup

Wash the candied dates, soak the white fungus with water, wash, discard the yellow part, tear into small flowers, wash the ginger and cut into slices;

Wash the chicken after slaughter and treat it as a medium-sized piece;

Bring the water in the boiling pot to a boil, put the chopped chicken pieces into the blanched water;

Pick up, wash, and boil with appropriate amount of water, add the washed chicken nuggets, red dates, and ginger slices to a boil, then turn to a low heat and slow cooker;

After 1 hour, add the processed white fungus and stew together;

Stew for nearly two hours until the meat is rotten, sprinkle a little wolfberry on it;
Tips:
1. The flowers of high-quality white fungus are slightly yellow, and the color is too white. On the contrary, the high-quality white fungus is dry, without dampness, and no peculiar smell. If it smells sour, it is not suitable for consumption;
2. The yellow part of the root of the white fungus should be removed, generally not edible, it will affect the taste;
