Stewed Chicken Soup with Tea Tree Mushroom

Wash the old hen, put cold water in the pot and stew the chicken.

After the chicken soup is boiling, remove the froth. The beef and pork bones should be boiled first, and the blood water should be poured out. If the hen is boiled first and the soup is removed, it won't be fresh.

Put in the washed tea tree mushrooms. Let's start stewing!

I like to use a stew pot to simmer for two hours. The soup is clear and fresh. Just add some salt, it's absolutely delicious!

The tea tree mushrooms are really delicious during this period. I bought some at the supermarket yesterday and ate the stewed chicken soup today.
