Autumn Nourishing Yin and Nourishing Lungs-black Sesame Walnut Donkey-hide Gelatin Cake

Put donkey-hide gelatin in a plastic bag in advance, beat it with a hard object, put it directly into a casserole, and soak it in the rice wine

Prepare cooked black sesame seeds, rock sugar, jujube and wash;

Wash the jujube and cut into pieces, roast the walnuts in the oven

The soaked Ejiao is almost dissolved (I used it for nearly 40 hours)

After boiling, add rock sugar, stirring constantly until the rock sugar melts

Continue to make Ejiao sticky until it hangs like a flag

Add all processed accessories

Stir evenly, turn off the heat

Spread greased paper on the square plate, pour the boiled donkey-hide gelatin cake, flatten it, cool it and move it to the refrigerator

After it is completely solidified, remove the greased paper

Cut into pieces, put them in a fresh-keeping box, airtight and refrigerate, eat 1-2 pieces a day.
Tips:
1. The donkey-hide gelatin block should be broken into pieces, but I didn't break it enough, so it took more than 40 hours to dissolve.
2. Black sesame seeds and walnuts should be roasted in advance
3. When making donkey-hide gelatin, be sure to keep stirring to avoid sticking the pot.
4. When cooling, the square plate is covered with greased paper for easy removal.
