Red Date Ejiao Lean Meat Soup

Prepare the ingredients and slice the lean meat

Soak the lean meat in ginger water for half an hour
3.
Use kitchen scissors to cut the red dates into small pieces and remove the date pits
4.
Slice the ginger and crush it with the back of a knife

Put all the ingredients into the stewing pot, add two bowls of water
6.
Put water in the rice cooker, put the stewing pot into the stew for 2 hours

Open the lid and use chopsticks to stir up the donkey-hide gelatin and simmer for another half an hour

Finally add some salt to taste
Tips:
1. Try not to put the red dates whole, cut into small pieces to dissolve the nutrients into the soup, and remove the core and not easy to get angry;
2. If there is too much water in the rice cooker in the middle of the soup, you need to add some boiling water;
3. Use with caution when spleen and stomach are weak, people with three highs, cough and phlegm, menstruation, and inflammation.
