Autumn Pear Paste

Prepare the raw materials and break the Luo Han Guo into pieces;

Wash the snow pear, remove the pit, and cut into pieces with the skin;

Put the sliced pear cubes into the wall breaker and beat them to a puree shape;

Pour the beaten snow pear puree into a stainless steel pot, add rock sugar, mangosteen fruit, and red jujube meat (the red dates are pitted in advance), and start to cook until the rock sugar melts (during the cooking period, keep dripping and stirring to prevent the pan) ;

Filter the boiled fruit puree to remove pear residue, shredded Luo Han Guo and jujube meat;
6.
Put the filtered pear juice back on the fire and simmer until thick and remove from the fire;
7.
After the temperature of the Qiuli paste drops, add honey and mix well, pour it into a bottle, seal it, and store it in the refrigerator.
Tips:
Before boiling, it is best to break the snow pears. If you don’t have a wall breaker, you can chop them up with a knife to fully cook the ingredients
