Autumn Pear Paste

Snow pear peeled and cut into pieces

Wash the red dates and remove the pits, cut the ginger into silk (the ginger missed the shot), rinse the Chuanbei and Luo Han Guo

Use a food processor to beat the pears into puree, fill a pot with ten pounds of pears

Red dates, ginger, Luo Han Guo, Chuanbei are crushed with a food processor (if not easy to beat, you can add some pear juice)

Mix all the ingredients and simmer for one hour, remove and strain the pear juice

Strain a large pot of pears and strain out a small pot of pear juice. Bring to a high heat and change to a medium heat to simmer. When the pear juice becomes thick, change to a low fire and stir while boiling

Boil the pear juice into a paste and turn off the heat to cool down
8.
After cooling completely, add honey and stir and then bottling.
Tips:
Chuanbei, Luo Han Guo do not have or not add
