Avocado and Egg Sandwich

Prepare an avocado, peel it and cut into slices for later use;

The eggs are cooked and cut into slices for later use;

Take a slice of toast and squeeze it with salad dressing;

Spread avocado slices;

Take another piece of toast, squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing on one side, and cover it on top of the avocado. After covering, squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing on the other side;

Take an appropriate amount of eggs and spread on the second layer of toast;

Finally, take another piece of toast, squeeze an appropriate amount of salad dressing on top of the egg, and gently press;

Cut it in half with a knife in the middle, or cut it diagonally, and pair it with a glass of milk to complete an energy breakfast.

Choose whole-wheat bread as much as possible, which is more beneficial to your health!
