Avocado and Water Chestnut Salad

Avocado

Water chestnuts
3.
Peel the water chestnuts.
4.
Cut water chestnuts into small cubes.
5.
Cut the avocado in half, cored,

Mix the avocado with soft sugar. Make it into guacamole.

The small tomatoes are cut and rounded.
8.
Add guacamole. Add olive oil.
9.
Add salad and serve.
Tips:
Water chestnuts, which we also call dili, are tender water chestnuts that are eaten raw, very crispy like a pear. An old one can only be used for cooking.
The salad is sweet.
