Avocado Banana Oat Milk

Ingredients are prepared and weighed; bananas are peeled, cut in half, and diced; avocados are cut in half, pitted, peeled, and cut into pieces; these processed ingredients can also be put into the freezer in advance For more than 5 hours, it will be cold when used directly the next day.

Tips:
1. Choose well-ripe bananas. I use local slender and small green-skin bananas. The ripe ones can be eaten directly.
2. If you like the graininess, you can whip for a shorter time.
