This is a nutritious meal full of energy for all ages. Add avocado, blueberries, and cooked potatoes to yogurt and stir into a puree. If you like sweetness, you can add sugar or honey to taste. I like its original flavor.

Avocado Blueberry Mashed Potatoes

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash potatoes and avocado, peel and cut into small pieces, wash blueberries

3. Put the potatoes in the microwave for 3 minutes and then 1 minute until the potatoes are tender and take out to cool

4. Add the avocado, mashed potatoes, blueberries and 3 tablespoons of yogurt to the food processor and stir for 30 seconds.

5. Take it out and put it in a bowl, add the granulated blueberries and a tablespoon of yogurt to serve

6. It can be topped with brighter fruits, I used a little tomato diced

Tips:

1. Leave a little surface decoration for blueberries.
2. The wall breaking machine takes 30 seconds, or other cooking machines can be used, and the time depends on the degree of mixing.
