Avocado Sandwich

Cut the avocado and remove the pits, and take out half of the flesh.

Tips:
1. The white granulated sugar has a grainy texture, which makes it squeaky in your mouth. You can also use ordinary sugar instead.
2. The pulp does not need to be completely crushed, a little grainy taste better.
