Avocado Shake
1.
I made a bottle of plain yogurt and washed avocado
2.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the core
3.
Scoop out the pulp with a spoon and add a small spoon of rock sugar powder
4.
Pour the yogurt into the food processor, add the sugared avocado
5.
Just whipped into a smooth milkshake
6.
Save a little skin of the avocado flesh, and cut into the flower shape you like. This little tree was cut by my grandson himself, I put it on the cup, and then pour the whipped milkshake into it.
7.
You can also replace the rock sugar powder with white sugar or brown sugar, and give your child the best maple syrup, but today I used rock sugar powder after eating at home.
8.
This one is made with a spoonful of brown sugar. The color is slightly darker. It doesn't look good with rock sugar powder, but if you like brown sugar, this taste is still very good.
Tips:
You can also replace the rock sugar powder with white sugar or brown sugar, and give your child the best maple syrup, but today I used rock sugar powder after eating at home. My grandson is 3 years old and can eat sugar appropriately. If he is under one and a half years old, it is recommended to eat the original flavor without adding sugar. I have always eaten the original flavor when my baby was young.
