Avocado Sirloin Salad

The ingredients are prepared. If the steak is frozen, it should be thawed at room temperature in advance

After the tomatoes are washed, they are roasted on fire and peeled (this step can be omitted as needed)

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes about 1 cm, remove the old skin from the roots of the asparagus, cut the avocado into half and remove the pit

Put the asparagus into sections and then boil the water to blanch them, and cut them into about 1 cm section.

Take out the avocado with a spoon, then cut into small cubes about 1 cm, wash the shell and set aside

Put a little olive oil (2 tablespoons) in the hot pan and add the steak

Fry it on one side until golden and then turn it over and fry it. I am used to making full-cooked food for my daughter. You can master it according to your own preferences.

After the steak is fried, cut into small cubes about 1 cm, and sprinkle a little black pepper

Take a large bowl, add the diced steak, diced tomatoes, diced avocado and diced asparagus together, add the vinaigrette prepared with olive oil (2 tablespoons), salt and fruit vinegar, and mix well.
