Thanks to Bawang Supermarket for the free trial opportunity of imported Italian black pepper. I love the aroma of black pepper. I made a black pepper pleurotus eryngii beef cubes. When the beef cubes are marinated, black pepper is added, and then some more before being cooked. The taste is fresh and tender with the aroma of black pepper. It is delicious.

Beef Diced with Black Pepper and Pleurotus

1. Prepare the steak, bell peppers, and eryngii mushrooms

2. Prepare black pepper, oyster sauce and rice wine

3. Wash the steak and cut into cubes. Cut the eryngii mushrooms and peppers into cubes.

4. Add rice wine, salt, and oyster sauce to the beef cubes, then grind in black pepper, mix well and let stand for 1 hour

5. Hot pot pour oil

6. Add beef cubes in warm oil and stir fry until the color changes

7. Pour the side dishes and stir fry evenly

8. Add oyster sauce and stir fry evenly

9. Grind in the black pepper and turn off the heat

Tips:

1. The beef is marinated and then cooked, and it tastes more tender and can remove fishy
2. This is a quick-cooking dish, stir fry and season until it is out of the pot
