Avocado Sirloin Salad

Put a little olive oil in the hot pan and add the steak;

Take out the avocado with a spoon, then cut into small cubes about 1cm, wash the husk and set aside;

Fry it on one side and then turn it over and fry it until it is golden. I am used to making full-cooked food for my daughter. You can master it according to your own preferences;

After the steak is fried, cut into small cubes about 1cm, and sprinkle a little black pepper;

After washing the tomatoes, set them on fire and roast them to peel (this step can be omitted as needed);

Prepare the ingredients. If the steak is frozen, it should be thawed at room temperature in advance;

Tips:
1. The taste of sirloin is relatively tender, and the taste is best when it is cooked to 7 minutes, but it is better to eat it completely and safely for the baby;
2. Tomatoes can be made without peeling, according to their own preferences.
