The freshly baked butter cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. After being left for a day, they taste like small cakes and taste very good!

Avocado Soft Cookies

1. Peel and core 1 avocado, put it in a food processor, add 10 grams of sugar and 10 grams of water to puree the fruit.

2. Mix 60 grams of edible oil, 70 grams of sugar, and 2 eggs.

3. Add avocado puree and mix well with a whisk.

4. Mix 200 grams of low-gluten flour and 2 grams of baking powder, and sift into step 3.
