Avocado Soft Eggs

Cut the avocado in the middle and divide it in half

Remove the core and scoop out the surrounding avocado pulp with a spoon (depending on the size of the egg yolk)

Put the egg yolk into the dug hole

Sprinkle with coarse salt
5.
Sprinkle with black pepper
6.
Sprinkle with a handful of chopped green onions
7.
Use tin foil to make a "boat" and put the avocado on it
8.
Put it into the oven and heat up and down at 170° and bake for 15-20 minutes (adjust according to the temperature of your own oven)
