Baby's Dinner-japanese Style Seafood Meatball Ramen
1.
For the preparation, I only took noodles and small kelp here.
2.
There are also small balls here, usually seafood, beef balls and pork balls, it feels like they are not from one country 😂😂. In particular, famous Japanese ramen rolls and crab sticks are commonly found in Aeon or larger supermarkets, but the amount is small, and you can use it several times once you buy it (unless you really love this, once. Just finish it all). Of course, you don't need to find it if you can't find it.
3.
I used bean sprouts for today's dish. It would be weird to put a green vegetable next to it. What kind of bean sprouts look like, I won’t show it in the picture. First, boil some water, add some salt and chicken powder, boil the bean sprouts, and spread under the plate.
4.
Cook the noodles again, and when done, put the bean sprouts on top.
5.
Pour out the water, re-boil a small pot of boiling water, put the small balls and boil. When the small balls come to the surface, put the soaked and washed small kelp into the pot. The water boiled again, so I poured all the famous rolls, crab sticks, and corn kernels into the pot, and then opened the ramen seasoning package and poured it in. After the water is boiled again, you can pick up and place on the top of the noodles, and then strip the ramen with the oil package and sprinkle on the top of the noodles.
Tips:
Crab sticks and famous rolls are already cooked. They will be soft and unsightly after cooking for too long. Moreover, the crab sticks are easy to loosen, so you just need to blanch them at the end.
In terms of materials, the options of the meatballs are arbitrary. You can order them as you like. There are not so many rules. You can boil an egg and place it on both sides, or you can boil a hot spring egg and it is also very cute. That’s okay, I like pork chop ramen if I’m careful.
