Baby's Snacks-wang Tsai Steamed Bun

Crush the eggs, pour them into a bowl and mix well.

Sift the baking powder, low-gluten flour, and milk powder into the egg liquid.

Sift the potato starch into the egg liquid.

Roll the dough into strips and divide it into small pieces with a spatula.

Use your hands to roll the small agent into a small ball, try to be the same size as possible.

Line the baking tray with greased paper and put all the small balls on it.

Put it into the preheated oven, and bake the upper and lower tubes at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
