Baby Cabbage Steamed Bacon Slices

Prepare baby cabbage and salted pork belly

Wash baby cabbage, cut into sections and spread on the bottom of the plate, prepare rice wine and ginger slices

Add water to the pot, put the salty pork belly into the pot, add ginger slices and rice wine, cover the high heat and boil for 5 minutes, this will remove part of the meat’s greasy and salty taste

Wash and slice after picking up

Add the bacon slices evenly on top

Steamer on cold water, steamed for 30 minutes to get out of the pot

Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving
Tips:
1. The salty and light taste of bacon varies from one family to another. If it is too salty, soak some of the salty taste with clear water to avoid over-salty.
2. The vegetables inside can be changed according to your own preference, but do not use leafy vegetables
