I want to eat fried rice. This is because I cooked more rice yesterday. I used it to make fried rice today. I put some ingredients I like. There is not much oil, and it is much more delicious and healthier than the outside.

Ingredients

Fried Rice with Tempeh and Seasonal Vegetables

1. Prepare materials

2. Diced vegetables

3. Dice the chicken and marinate it with cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce

4. Raise the frying pan to fry the chicken and serve

5. Stir fried tempeh with some oil

6. Add vegetables and stir fry for a while

7. Add rice and chicken, stir fry, add salt

8. Put some light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir evenly

9. Sprinkle chopped green onion

Tips:

Don’t have too much firepower. I use less oil and little firepower, otherwise it’s easy to stick to the pan
