After the new year is over, the kitchen must be functioning normally. I made a tuna fish cake for Ben. The tuna is high in protein and low in fat. It also contains DHA and OMEGA-3, which is the best for children. "

Baby Fish Cake

1. Prepare 2 potatoes, 1 canned tuna, peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, and cook them in water.

2. Press the potatoes into a puree, add the drained tuna, green onions, butter and appropriate amount of black pepper. The fish itself has a salty taste, and Italian bread crumbs are also salty, so there is no need to add salt.

3. Halve all the ingredients evenly, take a small part and knead it into a dough, squash it into a hamburger shape.

4. Beat the eggs and prepare the bread flour.

5. The fish cakes are first dipped in egg liquid, and then rolled with bread flour.

6. Put a little oil in a frying pan, heat up and turn to low heat, add fish cakes on both sides and fry until golden.

7. Take out the fish cakes and place them on a kitchen napkin to absorb oil.
