Baby Fish Cake

Prepare 2 potatoes, 1 canned tuna, peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, and cook them in water.

Press the potatoes into a puree, add the drained tuna, green onions, butter and appropriate amount of black pepper. The fish itself has a salty taste, and Italian bread crumbs are also salty, so there is no need to add salt.

The fish cakes are first dipped in egg liquid, and then rolled with bread flour.
