Baby Food Supplement-colorful Noodles

Use a food supplement machine to puree the auxiliary materials. The pumpkin should be steamed first, the asparagus should be beaten with water, and the dragon fruit should be beaten directly. Many things can be made into natural pigments, and I estimate the amount at will. Mix a small bowl of puree with a large bowl of flour. There is only high-precision bread flour at home, so I used it directly!

Slowly pour the colored fruit and vegetable puree into the flour, and use chopsticks to stir it into flour. Then knead it directly in a large bowl with your hands. The dough should not be sticky or easily deformed in your hand, and should be slightly harder. Let the dough sit for 20 minutes.

Roll the dough flat and slightly thinner. Sprinkle flour on both sides.

Cut it to a width of about 5 mm, it will break if it is too thin.

Sprinkle flour to break up the noodles to prevent sticking.

Use cold boiled water and put it on the baby's plate, you can eat it directly.

For adults, it is recommended to eat it cold, it is very cool in summer!

Add vinegar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, ginger, garlic, and cucumber salad.
Tips:
The production process is rather extensive, and there is no precise weight measurement. The equipment at the baby’s grandparents’ house is not complete. In fact, it feels easy to do it for the first time, and the process does not need to be too rigorous. A good food supplement.
