Baby Handmade Fruit and Vegetable Noodle

Take an appropriate amount of red dragon fruit, wash and cut into pieces for later use.

Use a juicer to squeeze into juice (if you don't like seeds, you can filter out).

After squeezing the juice of the red dragon fruit, add it in portions, and stir into the flocculent shape below.

Put it into the noodle press, press until the surface is smooth, and wake up for about half an hour.

After fermentation, adjust the noodle pressing machine to gears 4-5, press it into thin slices, and use butterfly noodle molds.

Chop into a butterfly shape with chopsticks. The red heart pitaya butterfly noodles are made.

Other fruits and vegetables can be dried according to the above method.
Tips:
Handmade noodles are normal when they lose color during the cooking process.
