Baby Meat Floss

Cut the lean pork meat into small pieces,

Soak in clean water for 1 hour and change the clean water every 15 minutes until the blood in the meat is soaked out.

Pour the drained pork into the pressure cooker, add the shallots, star anise, ginger slices and cooking wine,

Tips:
Because it is for babies, salt and oil are not added. If it is for babies over 3 years old, you can add less salt and oil.
