Pumpkin Braised Rice

1. Rinse and soak the rice for half an hour

2. Wash the lean meat and cut into small pieces

3. Wash the pumpkin and cut into small pieces

4. Ground peanuts

5. First, sauté the lean meat until fragrant.

6. Put oil in the wok, pour in the crushed peanuts when the oil is hot and sauté, turn on medium and low heat

7. Saute the peanuts and pour in the pumpkin, then pour in the fried lean meat and stir fry together

8. Stir-fry the pumpkin until it matures, pour the rice down and stir-fry

9. Add 1 teaspoon of salt

10. 1 teaspoon of white sugar

11. 1 teaspoon of chicken essence

12. 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce

13. Stir fry evenly

14. Pour the fried pumpkin rice into the rice cooker, add appropriate amount of water and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.

15. Cover the pot and press the start button, and it will keep it warm after it's done.

Tips:

1. The lean meat must be burst dry, so that it will taste more delicious;
2. The peanuts should not be crushed too much. If they are too broken, they will lose their taste;
3. If it is an old-fashioned rice cooker, it is best to soak the rice for half an hour, so that it will taste glutinous.
