Baby Nutrition Meal: Steamed Egg with Clams

Ingredients: 2-3 firewood eggs, a little clams, boiled water, seasoning: salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil each

Soak the clams in light salt water in advance to spit out the mud and sand, and rinse the shells with a brush.

Put the clams in a pot of boiling water and blanch until the shells open, remove and drain the water.

Use scissors to take the tip and shell part of the clam, and discard the rest.

Knock the eggs and add a little salt to beat them.

Add twice as much water as the egg liquid. (Or warm water)
