Bacon and Bell Pepper Udon Noodles

Prepare raw materials;

Boil water in a boiling pot, add the udon noodles;

Use chopsticks to quickly disperse;

After boiling, cook for one or two minutes, add broccoli, remove immediately after the water is boiled again;

Put a little oil in the pan and fry the bacon on a low fire;

When part of the fat is fryed and the surface of the bacon is slightly yellow, add red and yellow colored peppers and stir fry together;

Add freshly blanched udon noodles and broccoli and continue to stir fry;

Add salt and other seasonings and stir fry evenly;

Finally add black pepper;

Put it into a bowl.
Tips:
1. Udon noodles should be boiled in water first. If you like softer noodles, you can boil more; at the same time, you can put other hard-to-cook ingredients into the noodles to pre-cook, and pay attention to the blanching time of vegetables not too long;
2. Before frying the noodles, be sure to fry the bacon with a small amount of oil, so that part of the fat is simmered out and the surface is slightly charred, so that the treated bacon is more fragrant;
3. When cooking the noodles, you can add your favorite side dishes at will, so that it is more nutritious, the colored pepper I choose; in the final seasoning, be sure to add crushed black pepper to enhance the flavor and fragrance.
