Bacon and Shrimp Pizza

Put the liquid in the bread bucket first, then add the milk, salad oil, salt, sugar, and butter

Then put pizza powder and yeast, start the dough mixing process

Knead the dough until it is smooth and there is a film, shape and round, wrap it with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes

Roll out the loosened dough and squeeze out the side of the pizza

Put the dough in the baking pan, I use a large baking pan of the air fryer

Wrap it in plastic wrap and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size. I cover it with a damp cloth and put it in the oven for 40 minutes to ferment at low temperature.

Make small holes in the center of the fermented dough

Put it in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, then remove and brush with tomato sauce

Then sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese and add shredded onion, mushroom slices, and green beans

Then put in the bacon slices and the shrimp marinated in salt and cooking wine in advance

Finally, sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese and pizza straw

Put in the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes
