Bacon and Winter Melon Soup

Winter melon / bacon / minced ginger and garlic / Kaiyang / sugar / green onion

Remove the skin of winter melon and cut into thick slices for later use.

Wash the bacon and slice it.

Heat a pan with cold oil, add minced ginger, garlic slices, and bacon, stir-fry until fragrant.

Join Kaiyang and stir-fry.

Add enough water and cook on high heat for 15 minutes.

Reduce the heat until the winter melon becomes transparent.

Stir well after adding sugar.

Sprinkle some chopped green onion.
