Bacon Fried Rice
1.
Prepare eggs, three meat rolls, a small amount of bacon and half a strip of kale
2.
Wash the kale, cut into small pieces of bacon, cut into small pieces of meat rolls, and beat the eggs, add a little salt, and set aside
3.
Pour a little oil into the pan and fry the bacon first as shown in the picture
4.
Stir-fry until the bacon is slightly darker in color and serve for about a minute. (You can try whether the bacon is salty or light for later seasoning)
5.
Stir-fry the meat rolls with the remaining oil just now
6.
Then fry the kale
7.
Stir-fry until it is slightly soft, add some water, add a teaspoon of salt, and mix it for a while to serve. (Kale can not be fried for too long here because it will be stir-fried later)
8.
Then scrambled eggs
9.
Wait for the bottom side to solidify slightly
10.
Use a spatula to disperse as shown in the figure
11.
Then put the rice to loosen up
12.
After the rice is scattered, the next spoonful of oyster sauce is then fried evenly
13.
After the rice is almost evenly dispersed, the kale will continue to be stir-fried for about a minute
14.
Then put in the fried meat rolls and bacon and stir fry until evenly
15.
After a minute or two, you can try it. If the flavor is too weak, you can add some oyster sauce or fish sauce. Then the delicious fried rice can be baked.
Tips:
It’s best to use bacon that is not too salty to stir-fry. The whole stir-fried meat and vegetables are only a little bit of oil, otherwise it will be too greasy. The meat rolls are not needed, and the kale can be replaced with other vegetables. If the vegetables are not replaced with green onions.
