Bacon Cheese Spaghetti
1.
If you don’t get parsley, use leeks instead
2.
Shred the bacon, chop the leeks (parsley), beat the eggs and separate the egg whites.
3.
Stir the cheese and bacon in the pan, you can add more if you like the flavor of milk.
4.
The bacon can be used to control the oil when it is cooked, and the control time should not be too old.
5.
Put the water in the pot and boil, add the pasta and cook, add the cold water to control the moisture, add the olive oil and mix well.
6.
Finally, mix parsley (leeks), bacon, black pepper, salt, egg white and pasta, and a bowl of delicious refreshing pasta is complete.
Tips:
If you want the pasta to be crispy, cook for 20 minutes, and if it’s softer, cook for 25 minutes. Add some salt during the cooking process to keep the noodles from sticking. The bacon itself has its own saltiness, so you should put less salt.
