Bacon Scallion Rice

Soaked pearl rice, bacon, green onions, red pepper.

Cook the rice, water and bacon-over a low heat (to keep cooking).

In a separate pot, use a tablespoon of oil to fry the chopped green onions and chilies for a few seconds, then pick up.

Pour the sliced bacon, the fried green onions and chili peppers and a tablespoon of miso into the rice, stir well and serve.
Tips:
The rice will be cooked in about 15 minutes. Remember not to cook it immediately. You should bake it for about 10 minutes. After this process, the rice will be delicious.
