Bacon Scallop

A small handful of cabbage. About 6 to 7 taels to fry a plate.

Pinch off the leaves of the cabbage stalk, peel off the old skin from the thick pole, and pinch into sections. If the pole is too thick, use a knife to cut it in the middle.

Drain the washed vegetable sprouts.

Stir-fry the minced garlic with hot oil in a pot.

The bacon prepared before.

Stir-fry the bacon in a pan, change its color and fry it fragrantly, pour it into the cabbage.

Add salt while stir-frying the vegetable sprouts. Because bacon is added, the amount of salt is appropriately reduced.
8.
After adding oil, continue to stir-fry until the vegetable sprouts juice is ready to be served on the plate.
