Bacteria Soup

Wash and cut pleurotus eryngii and shiitake mushrooms into strips.

Remove the roots of the white jade mushroom and wash.

Remove the roots of the crab-flavored mushrooms and wash them.

Slice ginger and green onions.

Bring water to a boil, add ginger and spring onions.

Add mushrooms, cover and cook for 15 minutes.

Add broth essence

Add chicken essence and salt and cook for 15 minutes (add broth essence, chicken essence, and salt according to your personal taste. You can taste it after cooking for 5 minutes. Salt can also be added when it comes out of the pot)

Turn off the heat, add coriander froth, green onion, and sesame oil.
Tips:
The soup is relatively light, it is recommended to add less salt. Different types of mushrooms can be added according to personal preference, but it is not recommended to add enoki mushrooms.
