Choose the large white kidney beans, the small ones are not tasty, so soak them in water one day in advance.
Soaked until the beans are fully expanded, they become bigger, and they can be easily crushed.
Then peel off the skin of the white kidney beans

Put the soaked beans into an electric pressure cooker, add water just after the beans are over, and use the tendon stall to boil them. If you use a pressure cooker, press it for 12 minutes.

While pressing the white kidney beans, pour the flour into a non-stick pan and fry until it turns yellow.
