I like to eat all kinds of noodles, especially braised noodles. The noodles with vegetables and meat are braised together. They are rich in fragrance and nutritious. Today I used braised white beans. It was delicious. The saponins of white beans can reduce fat Absorption function and promote fat metabolism. The dietary fiber contained in it can also speed up the passage of food through the intestinal tube. The high potassium, high magnesium, and low sodium nutrients can effectively reduce the cholesterol content in the blood, lower blood lipids, and affect the arteries. It is especially suitable for patients with cirrhosis and cardiovascular disease.
