Baked Apple Slices

Wash the apples with brine.

Cut the apple into thin slices.
3.
Place the cut apple slices on the grilling net.
4.
Bake in the oven at 150° for 50 minutes.

The baked apple slices are naturally crisp when cooled, and they are also good as snacks. (If the apple slices are still soft after cooling, it means that the moisture has not been completely dried and needs to be placed in the oven to continue drying.)
Tips:
1. Wash the apple with salt to prevent pesticides on the apple skin.
2. The apple should be thinly sliced, if it is thick, it won't be crispy.
3. Bake one apple on one tray.
4. The baking time depends on each oven.
5. If the apple slices are still soft after cooling, it means that the moisture has not been completely dried and needs to be placed in the oven to continue drying.
