Baked Boston Lobster with Garlic Cheese
1.
After buying the lobster, clean it up. There is a way to quickly tidy up the lobster. Hold the head of the lobster with a clamp and put it in boiling water to scald it. Take out the urine, there is a small hole in the tail and use the chopsticks to insert it and the urine is released! Pack up and put ice water for later
2.
Use a kitchen knife to split the lobster from the middle, divide it into two, remove the head, and clean it for later use.
3.
Use a meat hammer to break through the tongs so that it is convenient to put the cheese on the grill
4.
Cover the baking tray with tin foil, I made 2 lobsters, so ignore the four halves on the baking tray
5.
Put the diced butter in the pan, slowly reduce the heat, add the diced onion and garlic, stir up the aroma, and set aside.
6.
Use a small spoon to dig out the minced garlic and spread it on the lobster meat, as shown in the figure
7.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Spread the mozzarella cheese and bake it for another 5 minutes!
