Baked Boston Lobster

Dice the onion, garlic, green and red peppers, and mushrooms.

Put 15 grams of butter in the pot, add garlic and onion and fry until fragrant, add green and red peppers and mushrooms, and then add 15 grams of brandy. Stir-fry until the wine evaporates. Add 1 gram of salt, 1 gram of pepper, and 1 gram of chicken powder.
