Baked Cucumber with Egg Yolk

It is the same old cucumber that weighs more than 2 kilograms, half is used for cold dressing, half is used for hot fry, and the old cucumber is peeled and washed.

Cut the old cucumber into long strips first, then cut into sections

Sprinkle some salt and marinate for about 10 minutes, grab off the excess water, and wipe off the water with kitchen paper

Salted egg yolk crushed and set aside

Add a proper amount of oil to the pot, add salted egg yolk and half a spoon of sugar, and fry until the oil is frothy

Add the old cucumber section and stir fry, reduce the heat and stir fry
