Baked Cucumber with Egg Yolk

It is the same old cucumber that weighs more than 2 kilograms, half is used for cold dressing, half is used for hot fry, the old cucumber is peeled and washed.

Cut the old cucumber into long strips and then into sections.

Sprinkle some salt and marinate for about 10 minutes, remove excess water, and wipe dry with kitchen paper.

Crush the salted egg yolk and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add salted egg yolk and half a spoon of sugar, and fry until the oil froths.

Add the old cucumber section and stir fry, reduce the heat and stir fry.

Slowly stir fry on low heat until the egg yolk is evenly coated with the old cucumber.

Take out the pan and serve.
