Baked Fish Head in Casserole

Fat fish head chopped up.

Ginger, garlic, pepper.

The fish head is marinated with salt, starch, bean paste, cooking wine, and soy sauce.

Put the ginger and garlic in the bottom of the casserole and drizzle with some oil.

Put the marinated fish heads in a casserole, turn on high heat until the oil at the bottom of the pot boils, turn off the heat, cover and bake for 15 minutes.

15 minutes later, add dried chilies, cover and bake for 5 minutes
